Empowering Men, Building Community Q-MoB is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit hub dedicated to fostering community, wellness, and fun for men across our expanded region of the Northeast and Midwest (including Western Mass, Southern Vermont, Northern Connecticut and Eastern Upstate New York). We bring together diverse men of all ages, races, and backgrounds to discover our collective potential through activities, classes, and support networks.
Our Core Values We believe that strong communities are built on intention. Our work is guided by seven key principles:
Integrity, Creativity & Collaboration: We operate with transparency and humility. As a member-driven democracy, we use collaborative decision-making to adapt, grow, and serve our queer and GBTQ+ neighbors responsibly.
Respect & Safety: We are committed to creating “safe containers” free from judgment, harassment, and intolerance. We prioritize consent, privacy, and physical safety in all our gatherings.
Diversity & Accessibility: We welcome the full spectrum of our community—including gay, bi, trans, and non-binary men. We strive to bridge gaps in privilege and ability to ensure everyone has a seat at the table.
Abundance & Fun: We reject scarcity. We approach community organizing with a spirit of abundance, humor, and joy, ensuring our events feel like banquets rather than breadlines.
